I ordered and paid for this projector but ended cancelling after 24 hours when I found out the differences between the US and international version (I’m in AUS) I’m still keen but will wait for an updated International version
From what people have said the p1x pro gets true same tech everywhere but I can’t confirm that as I’ve not tested but myself. If you can hold fire there’s some newcomers coming that make the Hisense L9G seem obsolete as they’ll come with DV support out of the box.
Hi, I recently bought the same Projector L9G120" in canada and i see more of red hue in the picture, I personally tried to change settings in every possible way, but still no luck. Can you please share your calibration ,Picture setting and any other settings which could help in displaying the accurate colors at its best. Also, do you know how to downgrade the firmware(factory reset didn't help) as I am noticing this after firmware upgrade. Thanks for the help.
You shouldn’t be able to see the red hue, if you can then something is wrong. Mine shows up on iPhone footage but it’s not visible to the human eye. I’ll post a video with my settings as soon as I can.
Hi buddy thanks for all ur great videos. Mines getting delivered tomorrow. Was wondering if I setup the screen as low as possible is there any negative effect? Cuz the recommended console height is 50cm. I wanted to go as low as 30cm. Would this have an effect on the alr screen?
The gap between the bottom of the screen and the projector remains the same, only downside of using a lower projector is that it will most likely accumulate more dust as it’s closer to the ground. As far as beam pattern goes I didn’t notice any difference (if anything it’s better) when stood so my eyes are level with the mid-upper portion of the screen rather than the lower had as it is in my setup when seated.
@@MATechRUclips thanks dude. I ended up putting on a console 34 cm high. I think lower is def better. I wouldn't have mind going lower. If only I saw yr reply first lol.
I haven’t reviewed the xgimi so can’t comment on that, the Hisense even with Vidaa still has good picture, it just doesn’t get Dolby vision etc. The decision is one for you to make, have a look at other reviews and see if it matches what you’re looking for. The Hisense comes with a screen whereas most others won’t
Hey man love the video. What's the width of the wall the screen is positioned on?
3m
Hi mate, how big is your room and how far back do you sit from your screen? thanks.
It’s in my other videos on the projector , I don’t remember the exact dimensions but I did mention them in one of the videos.

I got the vidda Verson and loving it.

Did you darken the room or are you using it in bright room environment?
Missing Contrast in the Video. Is it really so bad? Looks much more ugly then in all other videos
Could you Elaborate on what you mean
@@MATechRUclips I think he refers to the fact the picture on the video (what we viewers are seeing on RUclips) looks worse than IRL
