    Is it not disingenuous for the host to ask why should Ahmednasir claim that the CJ doesn't know anything?
    take corruption for example the corruption case that have been dismissed under her watch.
    And finally at 12:18 And I'm now a die-hard supporter of Ahmednasir!

  • @IamWhoYouSayIam
    @IamWhoYouSayIam Год назад +14

    But again at 14:00, I changed my mind.
    There was no overt action that forced the Magistrates or Judges to sit on those cases. Is Ahmednasir saying that Keroche industry was paying taxes?
    Is Ahmednasir saying that Humphrey Kariuki was innocent?
    Is Ahmednasir saying that Gachagua's wheelbarrows at KES 700k a pop was a bang for bucks?
    Is Ahmednasir saying that Ruto will be different?
    I'm sorry but now I'm convinced that a leopard doesn't change his/her spots. Ahmednasir just like william Ruto will remain as vindictive individuals as they are forever and any effort at trying to give them the benefit of the doubt is a whistle past a graveyard.

    • @abubaker8399

      I think you missed his point bro. What he said is those cases were the work of Uhuru kenyatta. They were not as a result of investigative mechanisms as required by law. It wasn't a denial by GM but Uhuru did it to punish his political enemies. Uhuru was well known for using government institutions like KRA to go after his political enemies. Fortunately this is not a secret. According to GM majority of them cases are about failing to pay taxes. Thanks

      Very very true...Am personally a victim of our messed up judiciary. Last year a ruling in the court of appeal was read in my favour, only for my lawyer to get a call from someone from the court of appeal that afternoon that the ruling delivered (in open court) that very morning was the "wrong ruling" and that we should wait for communication for a date when the 'right' ruling would be read ... And yes it was read, six days later, and the content of the 'right' ruling was the complete opposite of the ruling read six days earlier. To date I am grappling with a very punitive proclamation from auctioneers who have left nothing more to proclaim against me. Hata paka itauzwa... Meanwhile all my complaints to JSC, EACC and Ombudsman office on gross misconduct by the presiding judge went unattended to...well, this is the Kenya we live in. That a court of appeal can deliver two rulings on the same case in open court...and offcourse the highest bidders/ the strong get their way...Sheria ni ya wanjiku, sio ya mabwanyenye. 😢😢

    This is my layman's take on this conversation. No one can tell exactly the way how to get rid of corruption in Kenya as it is deeply rooted. Basically grand mulla's forum surrounded their talk on lack of check and balances. Funny enough who will check the other, if they are all together eating from the same pot😭. It's possible to bring down the nation's level of corruption but will need President Ruto's fearless and brave measures to succeed and without further delay. He need to investigate and prosecute those who held powerful public offices during which they acquired massive wealth. The government, above all else must closely scrutinize "judges."I am sure corrupt judges all over Kenya are well known and are the ones who should be targeted.
    We are in a world of super efficient technology and why should the government not apply it in it's quest for fighting the devil in our midst.
