- I love DIY. Here I'm sharing the method of making Rocks for Penjing. It is very easy to make an really decorative for landscape bonsai or penjing.
Materials I use are .. Polystyrene, cement and sand.

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. Do you need to leach the alkalis from the cement before you add the plants? If so, how do you do this?

Sir Aapne Jo rock banaya hai ESE aquarium Mai use kr sakte hai ki nahi kyonki direct cement rock rakhna se to fish mar jaenge cement Mai Jo calcium ka level Kam krene ke liye acid se wash krna Hoga fir 2se3 din Pani mea rakhna hoga taki acid Ka asar khatam ho jae
aap experiment karsakte ho. mujhe jankari nehi hai.

1 पार्ट सीमेंट ओर 1 पार्ट sand मिला लीजिये।
How much sand and cement to be used. can we use white cement with sand but how much
for best result cement and sand ratio should be 2:1, yes you can use white cement .

Welcome Bonnie. 4 to 6 hrs. is enough as interval for second coat.

you can, as it is light weight in nature, you have to do some experiment to keep it under water. and as it is made of cement please neutralize alkaline property first.

I dont think that will be strong enough to avoid the roots pressure when they grows up
It can be used for small decorative plants only.

Make sure you do this in a very well ventilated area...the chemicals coming off burnt polystyrene are very bad for you and the environment...
