Luvely jubely 🙂 5 bhp more than a 125cc, so it must do 80 mph which is more than is needed most A roads being 50mph. I will have to buy all 3 as the colours are all spot on 👍 All we need now is an E-Clutch CB125R 😀
Funnily Honda benchmarked the Classic 350 down to the HP and torque rating and the exhaust note! What the reviewer ignored to mention is that this is a world class RE Classic that is 10 times better quality than the bike they're copying. Only thing bringing this bike down is the very very weird gearing, at least on their India bikes. Not sure if it's the same on their export bikes but this is an extremely beautiful high quality bike which should take the Classic's cake and run with it. I just don't understand why he's not comparing it to the one bike that this beauty set out to compete with?
The Indian Hondas have a lot of quality issues like rusting bolts and wheels/spokes etc. The REs are not miles better but I'd say both are on par for the price you pay.
@@maheshpentagonship8363I own the honda and my friendd owns multiple enfields. The honda is in a different league in terms of reliability and quality. @@maheshpentagonship8363 Maybe on the 100-150cc commuters, you get what you pay for. I've seen three year old well-cared-for CB350s in immaculate condition, something that you can not say for REs especially the Classic and the Bullet. I have a 2020 Int650 with a lot of problems related to usage of bad quality components, the damn thing is in the shop at least 3-4 times a year. The problem with us Indians is never recognizing when we have a good thing show up in our market which is why very few world class products are a part of most auto makers' arsenal here. You can get it CKD or CBU only. Recognizing that Honda has made a superior quality classic350 and it should be applauded and let's hope Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki would make more India-specific products.
I'm guessing it has screw type valve adjusters making it much easier for owners to do their own adjustments. I love the Grom but it doesn't have quite enough power to venture onto the highway if you have to. The new GB looks to provide just enough extra juice to make it a lot more practical than the 125 cc machines that Honda is so good at making. I hope they come to Canada.
Beautiful bike. Don't know about power until people get riding and comparing I think. Although I did just go from a 250 Suzuki to the Speed 400 and power and torque is incredibly different.
The year is 2024 and every bike and this one too has a decompressor built into the cam shaft. A centrifugal activated lobe that changes cam profile to open the exhaust valve at jus start and stop.
I own the Honda Highness 350 in Taiwan. In terms of power this bike is directly comparable to the Enfield 350's so no need to discus if it is "underpowered" etc This has already been discussed at length with the Enfields. If you want a bike that cruises at 100mph and does 0-60 in 3 seconds then get one. If you need a bit more speed then get the Triumph 400. However if it is city riding or chugging in style around country lanes this is more than adequate. What I can't understand is - given it is likely to appeal to the retro market, why they didn't release the Honda Highness version with chrome mudguards, exhaust and metal side panels etc. It would appeal to those who like retros but prefer 1980's Honda to 1960's Enfield. The CB350 - which is the older looking retro styled more like the Enfields probably would have less appeal but the Highness looks like bikes that current 50-60year olds rode in their youth.
It's two years too late for me. Had it been released back then, I'd have chosen this over the Hunter just for the fact alone that it's a Honda (and quite the looker). Water under the bridge now (and I adore my modded HNTR anyway), next year I'm stepping it up with a Bear.

alternative : the Honda CL500....
Luvely jubely 🙂
5 bhp more than a 125cc, so it must do 80 mph which is more than is needed most A roads being 50mph.
I will have to buy all 3 as the colours are all spot on 👍
All we need now is an E-Clutch CB125R 😀
Any idea is going to come to the USA ?
Whats the difference between this and cb 350 RS?
nothing its the same..... only color options....
It's on my radar(although I would have preferred the cb350 four of old.)😊
Nice 👍🏼 a pretty bike without any crazy tech and easy to work on.
Looks great.
Honda, please bring this to the 🇺🇸 USA!
That looks incredible. If only my commute wasnt doing 35 miles on 70mph roads
I might just get one… I really like it and it may be a good bike for local shopping and beach trips here in the Algarve.
this is good bike for city riding... fuel economy, swift, small, also great for new riders
Sure the early lot faced rusting issue but those have been fixed quickly. Their fit and finish and durability of electronics and mechanicals is something enfields can dream of
@@maheshpentagonship8363 Maybe on the 100-150cc commuters, you get what you pay for. Recognizing that Honda has made a superior quality classic350 and it should be applauded and let's hope Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki would make more India-specific products.
pretty sure this particular model is built in Japan where quality counts
@@reuel7544 They also make GB350 in India, they export it to other countries, including Japan, read it somewhere few months back.
Is this bike coming to the UK?
I want the CL version with the high pipe.
With this event hope its sincerely launch through out the world and the abs issue settled.
Is the same CB 350 Hines
Wow.. beutifull bike to ride on, are they available to Indonesia markets?
I would prefer to buy it when it has around 750- 900 cc. I absolutely love the classic design.
This 178kg bike actually feels like a 150kg in real riding.. such brilliant chassis
I am grinning because i already this baby and that too a special edition 😚
Beautiful bike. Don't know about power until people get riding and comparing I think. Although I did just go from a 250 Suzuki to the Speed 400 and power and torque is incredibly different.
Now I'm waiting for the Kawasaki w230, some say it going to be available in europe too.
Yes, it is available in the Spanish webpage of Kawa. It costs >5.100€.
Yes, the W230 looks nice too........ choices head.
Much closer to being a ‘baby Bonneville’ than either of Triumphs current 400’s.. just wish it had spoked wheels. Price is excellent.
I ride one here in India and I can easily relate to the "baby Bonneville" vibes of this machine.
Not offering a choke plunger is understandable but no compression release and kick-starter? That’s simply not excusable. Come on Honda, this is 2024!
The year is 2024 and every bike and this one too has a decompressor built into the cam shaft. A centrifugal activated lobe that changes cam profile to open the exhaust valve at jus start and stop.
Nice job by Honda ❤❤❤
is the swing arm made for steel or alluminium?
Great looking bike 👌
What a fab bike.
How bout in North Am?? 😢😢😢
Will they bring this to the USA awesome looking bike.
I'm waiting for the GB750 twin.
We have the chrome versions of the Highness CB350 here in India and it looks perfectly retro. I own one.
They now understand that Royal Enfield needs competition in the European market !
This together with 500ccm that would be ❤❤❤
It's two years too late for me. Had it been released back then, I'd have chosen this over the Hunter just for the fact alone that it's a Honda (and quite the looker).
Water under the bridge now (and I adore my modded HNTR anyway), next year I'm stepping it up with a Bear.
Great channel, 👍. I like these retro bikes, but I totally miss the old fashioned kick start. Wonder if that will ever come back.
Yamaha rs400
Well done honda,a very nice motorcycle 🏍️.
This is the sister Bike of Highness 350 which was released in 2020 in India and which Came in later as 350 Rs. Compared to RE 350s ... The engine is buttery refined ...but i feel handling is little compromised ....coz of that chunkier front tyre..my friend still owns th CB 350 RS. Do check out the Indian Ones too Bro...
Looks good but I would like to see 500cc engine. Rebel and cl500 have to change display on something like that.
Looks amazing. I’m sure we will never get it in the US
Looks so much better than the rebel lineup
Love it
Will this bike come to the US?
Seriously doubt it, no hornet either
It took Honda 6 years to bring CB350RS to their international market lol
And one cylinder fell off 😊
@@paulbarnes6124 the op is talking abt the indian version, which had 1cyl only

@@paulbarnes6124 and that 350 of yours was rated at 36 hp. My 72 250 K4 was 27 hp...a 250! Their XL350 single was 27-29 hp depending on which magazine you read at the time. Yep these are a huge leap forward....lol.
Anyone know if this is coming to Canada or North America?
Is there any chance this bike will be available in the US? Could there be a version of this with like a 600cca 700cc engine? A man can still dream.
GB500 has been trademarked
