This was so informative because i am planning on coming there this year while i am pursuing another degree through UNISA. So in my situation definitely EPIK should be my option. Thank you Tlotlo
I enjoyed this video, thank you so much for this detailed video ❤️ Can you please do a video on the application process for teaching in International schools please
Hii, Ioved your video, being a teacher who want to work in south Korea I got so much to learn from your video. I would love to know how to apply for job in South Korea. Thankyou.
It all depends on the school that you work at, but usually between 6-8 hours a day is standard and in those hours you’ll probably have anything between 4-6 classes to teach
Dear sis , I am from India Its obvious that i am not a native speaker ..so can you reply to my doubts My doubt is that ..If i do a bachelor's degree in korean language or English language along with masters which is better for teaching as a english teacher in korea ? I heard that master degree is not necessary ? Is it Please reply 😢
Hey there, the chances of Korean schools hiring you are high with the qualifications that you have but the problem will arise at the immigration office because one of the requirements for the E2 visa which is the teaching visa is that they only give it to people who are from native speaking countries so you’d have to research other visa options in Korea and see which one will be suitable for you to come teach here
@@tlotlo_tl ooh I don't have these qualifications yet ..I am currently studying my 12 th grade ..that's why I am asking you taking which degree would be best for me ? Ba English or korean please reply
@@Aaaaarsha1111any bachelors degree is useful however I think you need to be a native English speaker. Make sure you understand English well so you can teach it:)
@@tlotlo_tl I am soo scared after finding out that the procese takes 6 months and I hv already apostled my documents. Am afraid they will expire and I'll have to redo everything again. I submitted my application yesterday on Korean Horizons I hope they interview me around June then I arrive in July 😔
@@xolibagithi9514 what makes the process long is waiting for authentication of documents but since you have all your papers ready, the interview process is very quick and you’ll have a job in no time so don’t worry

I dont have the option to apply for EPIK but I would really like to travel. Is this impossible if I work at a private school?
Hey, no it’s not impossible. You’ll have plenty of time to travel because the long weekends in Korea are long
