Honestly this is one of the best Spider-Man fan films I've seen, it's very professionally made, good cinematography and colors, the characters feel like the comics as well, great job fellas :)

@iamtheCONE,I absolutely agree with your short review/opinion,however there's only 2 things that are a lil problematic here : 1,the confusing story of this fan film and 2, Black Cat's portrayal at least judging from both part 1 and that weird black cat teaser from the fan film's instagram,it seems to me that she's portrayed as a borderline psycho murdering freak instead of the one from the comics (pre-spiderOck era) and if both part 1 opening scene and the Instagram teaser are what i think it is,then expect this fan film to be some kind of TDKR like weird story. Then again,i sincerely hope that i'm wrong on this one,just sayin'.

My absolute favorite part is the nuance in the script. The costume design and camera work are great too, of course, but this is a super tight script. I honestly love it. Balances the college level social drama and the big time superhero stuff perfectly. I love the allusions to previous events such as the Symbiote and Harry's struggle with psychedelics. Kraven's scar being a symbol of Pete's more violent patch in his career is also fantastic. This is a superb script and I hope the writer(s) don't think their hard work went unnoticed. Whoever was in charge of this I hope they also are in charge of the second part because of just how good it is.

All star cast and film. The acting and just everything was amazing!
Love it! ADR was noticeable on most points, but it wasn't distracting. It's really hard to perfect that but you guys did a great job. A thing that was a bit distracting were the pixels on the shots at around 16:23. Raw shots under-exposed? Locations were really cool to see and the music is amazing! Maybe try adjusting the sequence aspect ratio to 1920x817 to get an actual widescreen ratio instead of the black bars to make it look like it (unless you've done this with a specific reason). That way RUclips will automatically show it as a widescreen. Anyways, I'm hyped to see part 2 so I've definitely subscribed!

Wow. Just wow. I couldn't stop watching. the story, the characters was just amazing. Not many fan films can keep me hanging on the dialogue, but the characters felt real and lived in. Props to everyone who worked on it. Can't wait for more!

I really, really like this. The characterizations are spot on, the camerawork, the dialogue, everything about this simply shows how professional fans can be when they put their heart and soul into something. Really awesome work! Can't wait for the next part!

Wow. This is one of the best written fan films I’ve seen in a long time. The music and color grading were on spot as well. Some of the ADR was a bit noticeable occasionally but it wasn’t a very big deal. I’d say the biggest critique I have would be the vfx/fight choreography though. The vfx could have used a bit more color correction/blending at points and some of the fight moves were a little clunky, but this is just nitpicking lol. You guys should be really proud of what you’ve put together here and I’m excited for part 2!!

Amazing work! Spectacular! No lies this just blew my mind. Everything from the acting and writing to the pacing and cinematography is fkin top-notch! So much quality in every aspect of this you'd have a hard time believing it's a fan project. As has been said by others, this feels like an episode of a Spider-Man live-action series and if one ever gets made it better be this good. Can't wait for part two, keep up the incredible work guys!

The acting and script writing is very well done. The best I've seen in any fan films really. Its natural and realistic and actually gives the characters real personalities and gives a good sense of chemistry between mj, gwen and Peter. The fight choreography could e improved more to seem more coordinated and fast pace. I would recommend looking at the ps4 spiderman video game and utilising the fluidity and style of that games fighting animations, obviously minus the flips and more complex stunts that are not realisticly possible for a independent low budget short film. Over all, I loved what you have done. Great work guys, cant wait to see more.

Harry be lookin like Freddie mercury also this is number 2 in my favorite fan films, number 1 is peters web but still keep up the FANTASTIC work.
This is by far an amazing film, I love the cinematography and the color grading especially. It really added to the feeling that this was a big budgeted Hollywood film even though it wasn't. To the cast and crew, I tried my own hand at making a Spider-Man film, but I believe I didn't make it to the quality of this fan film. This film is something to definitely be proud of. My only real criticism would be the sound mixing and the voice dubbing. It is very obvious and distracting at times. Besides those few flaws I think this came out great and I can't wait for part two. -Jake

Hi I have been a long time fan of your channel. Everyone once in awhile I come back to this video just to watch Black Cats charisma on screen. I mean she knocks it out of the park. Plus her theory on why the earth is flat is exactly the same as mine. I cannot believe the idiots out there that think we landed on the moon...ugh makes me so mad just to THINK that people like that exist. Also side note. I read all the comics and I have a fan theory that When I explained it to my dog she winked thus confirming it was true. I feel as if the spiderman universe depicted here is attached to the Harry Potter Mutliverse. Now hear me out. The same girl who plays Black Cat in this film is also the EXACT same person that plays Hagrid in the Harry Potter movies. What more proof does one need. But anyways I have to go. The timer just went off letting me know my hot pockets are done. Then I gotta switch over the laundry to the dryer. Sucks having to do everything on your own.....
