    Thanks, Miss Sarah. For me, not just tension relief, but a gentle reminder that these short morning moves are helping with flexibility, as the muscles say. "Whoa! Wait a minute." Then, with each breath, I move more deeply into the pose. Tension release? Yes.
    Feel like I've stretched? Definitely! 🙂
