I do fasting and eat healthy foods. Believe fasting cured my ulcerative colitis. When I had my stool tested lab technician told me cause is from food I eat. We should give our gut break from food. Thanks for sharing your video.
Hello Michael, I just watched your video last night about how you cured your gut issues and would like to thank you for your time and information. I am 61 yrs old and have been dealing with gut issues for the last 2 years. I’m currently on my 4th round of antibiotics for SIBO and I know it’s a vicious cycle . I have had cat scans, colonoscopy and endoscopy and emergency room visits. I’m scheduled for a gastroenterologist appointment Friday and feel it is pointless. I’m not into taking meds and that will be all that is offered I’m sure. I have been gluten free for several years and never eat out or get fast food. However, I suffer from constipation and bloat daily. I have to take psyllium husk daily. Anyway, I would like to embrace this eating plan. I feel it is a bit of a daunting process, but I have to get my health back.
@@krishnajo8603 Since weight training isn't crucial for healing your gut, I'd focus on changing your diet first before resuming exercise regimens that trigger symptoms.

i do pink salt with apple cider vinegar in morning
what do you think about apple cider vinegar with Mother doing every day
I think ACV is great - just make sure it doesn't negatively impact your dental health due to its acidity.
I do ACV SHOTS then rinse my mouth. Maybe ACV capsules could be an option

I don't understand the question. Are you asking if you should continue with weight training despite worsening symptoms?
