I bought one last week for the wife and she loves it the 3 cylinder has a lot more power than her Cruze and the backseat is huge she had a trax also and this is hands down a much better suv
Exactly Danny! Even the 2020 Toyota Corolla base trim has LED headlights. Chevy is cashing in on the crossover/SUV craze but decided to use very cheap low quality ingredients for this 2021 Trailblazer. I would honestly buy the 2020 Corolla over this Trailblazer. The Corolla seems to be more solidly made with higher quality materials. Of course the 2020 Corolla will also be a lot more fun to drive since it's a sedan with the all new TNGA platform.
Awesome review guys! I have to say, Chevy did a good job here! I’m impressed at how good the fit and finish is for such a cheap price! I do think Chevy is letting there SUV line get a bit out of hand. I mean, we have the Trax, Trail Blazer, Equinox, Blazer, Traverse, Tahoe, and Suburban.😸😻😸 By the way, have the bees attacke the Elantra again?😸🐝

This is just my opinion, but I feel Chevy should have named the 2021 Trailblazer Trax instead. When one thinks of a Chevy Trailblazer the current model is not what comes to mind, awesome review however.
Great review guys. No leather seat option on highest trim? Only offer a small 'leatherette' trim on a 90% cloth seat. ugh Chevy Cruze used to have full leatherette seats that sold for a lot less. If you have this many trims, it makes sense to offer the best top trim. The leatherette they made before was great quality, very durable, looked like leather. Chevy disappoints again & that's coming from a long-time owner of Chevy vehicles.
Not gonna lie was pretty disappointed bc it does not continue the old trailblazer tradition, but it’s a really good bargain and it looks nice for a sub conpact
Look I understand this is aimed to be an inexpensive vehicle but if you’re going to place the headlights in the bumper at least make them LED standard since it will be more difficult to try to change the bulbs when you want to replace them or when the bulbs burn out! Additionally you already added an LED fog light so just make the headlight housing led! Talk about cost cutting and being cheap lol
A turbo 3 cylinder will be destroyed when it reaches 80,000 km. What is the point of saving $10 of gas a month and in 4 years have to replace an engine. Same logic with ford’s 3 cylinder motor. Makes no sense. GDI and this tiny motorcycles are asking for problems.
The C8 Vette is probably GMs most current success story by far. Love the new features of GMs next gen Full Size SUVs but there was some small room left for improvements. Regardless I rather buy a GM product before I buy anything else.

Don't they have enough of these soccer mom crossovers? Why can't they give us a two door rear wheel drive Monte Carlo that's about the same size as the 1981 to 1988 models? I want them to come out with a big 220 inch long Impala coupe or convertible.
Very good on gas and filling up depends on where you live look up how much gas it holds and how much a gallon is in your area but since it only has a 3 cylinder engine the gas mileage is very good compared to other vehicles
For real.. those were sweet but this is a different era and class. Don't focus so much on the name. This could have been a Pontiac Vibe if pontiac was still around
Throw Away The Governments will raise gas taxes soon and the fed is printing money. Full Size SUVs and Pickups will be scrapped at record rates in the near future. No one wants sedans anymore so I expect the small SUV segment to boom even more.

I totally missed with trailblazer made in Thailand with 3.6 V6, and replacing with Korean made and garbage and horrible 1.2 and 1.3 turbocharged three cylinder engines

I don't think I have a single positive thing to say about this car. GM branding Daewoos as Chevys is getting old. Just like the Trax, this is unappealing and uncompetitive right out of the gate. There are so many better new and used options than this. Just buy a used Kia Soul or Mazda CX-5 and call it a day. Both will be more reliable and better performing than whatever this is.
Are you high or just in denial. If you had watched the video the man literally said there's no panel gaps or fit and finish. Plus last time i checked no 2003 mainstream vehicle had a touch screen infotainment system so im not sure how it's the exact same.

Yep even the much smaller Chevy Spark has a larger 1.4 liter 4 cylinder engine. The Chevy Spark's engine will be a lot more reliable than this tiny overworked turbo engine in the Trailblazer.
I have 2008TB , and comparative to that - is new one has nothing to do with names of GM or Chevrolet any other serious cars. that is disgrace. That is now American Car. 1.3 l engine? really?!!! hope that sale will plunge and GM will learn the lesson and will start producing only American Cars with normal engine and normal design. Today cvt's are good and only will get better in the future after all it's the most ⛽ efficient transmission available

It's about affordability for the class / segment. A little fender bender will set this cost conscious customer back a pretty penny.

Id like to know where you can get it for 19k considering they sell for 28-30 where I'm at. I got excited.
Once production increases again, there should be plenty of the lower trims as well (under $20k)

The new Trailblazer is garbage. Completely outclassed by other crossovers on the market, especially the Seltos.
So it’s basically a motorcycle engine.
Even the much smaller Chevy Spark has a 4 cylinder 1.4 liter engine so bigger than both engines offered in the Trailblazer.
