Thanks for keeping the music I love alive. Maybe I'll play my trombone again, but wet tobacco is a killer to the lips. Thanks for the upload and motivation to get off tobacco.
So many ugly things going on in the world ... one could easily be a pessimist ... and then, along comes talent and dedication like Steven Feifke. If the world can still produce talent like this, the end may not be as near as we fear.
I am stunned that young musicians would know about this music let alone play it. I’m jazzed. Long live the artist and the best rendition, Oscar Peterson’s trio’s recording in May 1961, in Chicago.
Great arrangements, great musicianship - but do you do any original material? All I've heard from this band are covers. Maybe that's a strategy to get paying gigs, and maybe that's a smart decision, but I'd like to hear some of your own compositions.
This chart is killing everybody should listen to this algorithm do your thing
Thanks Chuck 🙏🏻
i love how the band rolls out the red carpet for each of the soloists.
Haha! You noticed 😏🤣

Glad to see big band music is alive and well. I love the big band sound.
Same here !
@Mank Hobley I've seen legends like Buddy Rich and Maynard Ferguson. I really miss Maynard. He was an entertainer in every sense of the word.
