Is it shifting to Neutral on it's own, or is that you flipping it to Neutral when it comes down to an almost stop? Will it stall out if a car slows down too much in front and you don't downshift?
No, its not shifting on its own, you have to do it manually, there is also a collision warning on board, first you receive a red icon same like you have on cars, and if you are to close the system will brake for you.
I really like this bike, but if you would like to buy a GS you should first ride both bikes, 1250 and 1300, in my opinion, the 1300GS is overall a better bike, but for me, its not a better GS, it is a complitely new bike and has not much to do with the GS before.
It’s nothing for inbound rides. If you use this feature for inbound rides it becomes quickly a hassle using it. It’s for highways and freeways.
Agree, its more for highways.
GSカッコいいです。
Looks like it could auto cruise down to the mid-20s kph before you had to take over with manual. What’s the lowest spied cruise can be set?
Yes, thats right, this feature is more useful on a highway and not in the city, the minimum speed was 30kmh i think, not 100% sure.
