The Street and the Neighbor from Hell audiobook thriller story

Joe Bennet, a black American, gets a medical discharge from the army as an amputee and buys a forever home, hoping for peace and quiet. All that changes when he encounters his racist and deranged neighbors from hell, who appear to be hell bent on driving from his home, having already succeeded with the woman he bought the house from.
He can take the pranks to a point, but when they aim their stupid pranks at the seven-year- old daughter of his cleaner, Christina, all bets are off, and their actions turn nasty to a whole new level that threaten life and limb..
Only one of them will walk out of this situation alive.

All the stories are from my own imagination. It takes me from 10 to 40 hours to craft and to edit each of my stories for upload. Unfortunately, I am of limited means, and to put out my audiobooks on RUclips as free to listen to, I have to use AI voices. The minimum cost of voice actors is $250 per finished hour which actually takes around 6 hours to complete. My stories currently range from around 30 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes. It would therefore not be financially viable for me to put out the fifty stories that I hope to put out this year as free audiobooks. With regret, I don’t have the training or the voice to do it myself. I would recommend therefore that if you are averse to AI narration to pass on by to other channels that have the funding to use paid narrators.
