  • Hello dear everybody,
Since there was no video with this content on RUclips, we said "let's film this"!
Short long story: BMW R1200C 2004 front fork oil and dust seal replacement together with a fresh oil. Lots of fun, beer and grass cutters around ;) - sorry about that -
Stay tuned and give a share/like/comment if you liked this video
    Peace

The dust cap and chrome cap should be putted first on the fork tube and then put the dust and chrome cap on the fork leg. This prevents to break the dust cap.

Hey when you gonna finish that honda nss? I have one too. I'm having a hard time getting the body fairings back on. The front is on its just the middle and rear. They were off when I got it. I have the screws but just getting itto all fit right is challenging

Hello hello dear Ryan, unfortunately the customer was not the most serious person on earth and he didin't wanted the project to be finalised... He just stopped financing its rebuilt. But, maybe try this link and you can see here exploded drawings of each part you need to assemble, this helps a lot when not knowing what goes where: www.cmsnl.com/honda-nss250-2003-3-usa_model35210/partslist/#.YtaFImRDMVE
