നല്ല എപ്പിസോഡ് നന്ദി. ഞാൻ linagliptin 2.5+metformin 500 ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. പ്രമേഹം നിയാത്രണത്തിൽ ആണ്.(110_ 160) ദിവസവും പല തവണ നോക്കാറുണ്ട്. ഈയിടെയായി വയർ കൂടിവരുന്നു. സാറ് പറഞ്ഞ മറ്റുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റ് എല്ലാം നോർമൽ ആണ്. ഇൻസുലിൻ റെസിസ്റ്റാൻസ് ആയി വരുന്നോ എന്നു സംശയം. പ്രമേഹം നിയത്രണം ആകുന്ന സമയത്ത് റെസിസ്റ്റാൻസ് കൂടാൻ ചാൻസ് ഉണ്ടോ? ഇന്സുലിന് ലെവൽ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ fasting ഉം അല്ലാതെയും നോക്കാം അല്ലെ.5 കിലോമീറ്റർ നടത്തം മാത്രമാണ് വ്യായാമം

Thanks for the good episode. I use linagliptin 2.5 + metformin 500. Diabetes mellitus (110_ 160) is seen several times a day. Abdomen have been growing lately. The other test that says is normal. It is doubtful whether insulin will come as resistance. Is there a chance to increase resistance when diabetes is under control? When I check the insulin level, I can see fasting and both?
Abdominal obesity and insulin resistance are interlinked bidirectionally.
Having T2DM now checking insulin levels may not give much information.
Only in initial stages insulin measurement has good significance.
You may focus on abdominal exercises and calorie restriction.

dr.ഞാൻ ഒരു മാസംയി omatting ചെയ്തു. പുളിച്ചു തികട്ടൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കഴിക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്ഷ്ടം മുകിലൂടെ വരുമായിരുന്നു. then ഭക്ഷണം ഇറക്കാൻ വല്ലാത്ത ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് വന്നു. dr endoscopy ചെയ്തു. അന്നനാളത്തിലെ നിർക്കെട്ട് ആണ് കാരണം. aciditty reflx ആണ് രോഗം. dr ഈ oropharynx neoplases വന്നാൽ ആ ഭഗത്തെ വീക്കം വന്നാൽ. oropharynx ന്റെ നടുവിലായി.. ഒരു hole പോലെ വന്നാൽ. അത് aciditty യുടെ ഭാഗം ആണോ ദൃ. ഈ സമയം കഴിക്കുന്ന ഭക്ഷണം lungs ൽ ഉള്ളിൽ പോകുമോ.. ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ fill ചെയുന്നു.. ഞാൻ ഒരു ent വിഭാഗ ഡോക്ടർനെ ആണ് കണ്ടത്... medicine follow ചെയുണ്ട്.. ഇതിനായി therapy ചെയ്ണ്ടത് dr എന്റെ ഡോക്ടർ therapy ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞില്ല..very pain full pleas answer

Because in case of insulin resistance...there are already more insulin in blood....
Second doubt is ....in case of insulin resistance the structural binding of insulin and receptor is derranged...then how the extra injected insulin works..
