Hi Allen, I am using fruit brandy, slice thin and oven dry at 60C 2 bitter apples and 2 sweet ones, chip them into smaller pieces and dunk them in 2 litres of brandy for about 3 weeks, than drain brandy and filter it. Leave it for next 4 weeks to rest and get together. It became my favored siping drink. Now, your smoking apples for maceration are next dimension and thanks for sharing this with us. Will try them next time when ready for a new batch. cheers!
Amazing. I might place a large order some day and get a shipping container or something to get it to Europe. I have not found anything close to the stuff he makes in Europe. Most stuff here is true to tradition, which is also cool but I don't really feel like making dough and cleaning it up after every time. And the modular build just opens alot of possibilities.
Love the experimentation with the on-line thumper! What a great idea!
Great video guys! Wayne looks like he's getting ready to drop dat beat, in the thumbnail 😎

Woah! I want that still pot! I did not see it on the Ozarks site. Can it be acquired with 2" heating element port(s)?
It has a 2" port for one element but I can add more or do a custom configuration.
@@OzarkStillWorks Ok. I'll send an inquiry on your site. TY!
How do you get the agave to ferment? Tried and it won’t for me. 😊
