    What I learn:
    1. Treat personal development as your most important job.
    2. Mindset: have a clear vision/target.
3 Health: Exercise, good nutrition and enough sleep(Healthy man wants a thousand things, the sick mant wants but one, Seneca).
    4. Wealth: Learn the rules on money games.
    5. Skills: Learn to be dicipline, learn to communicate effectively, and great coaching (focus on the process).
    6. Parked ego at the door and cut expenses ruthlessly.
    7. Build business. Build cash generating business.(He start as a windows cleaner and soon hire a guy to do the job).

I'm 1 million in debt. Before 2019 I had no debt. Long story how I got here but I'm trying my best to get out. Sometimes I feel hopeless but then I remember I can't quit, I can't give up. Literally, it's do this or die trying for me. I just invested the last of whatever I have into a business with the hope that I can turn this around. Wish me luck, because if this doesn't work, it's the end. I hope one day I would be able to tell my success story too,, but sometimes it's a lonely view from where I am. Hearing about others being able to overcome their challenges gives me hope even though I know I have a much higher mountain to climb.

Incredible timing. I was finally getting sick and tired of being sick and tired. The last decade of my life has been a living hell after badly injuring my back. I was getting too caught up in the insurance and other battles. I was getting deeper and deeper into debt. The negativity around me was getting out of hand, even from family. I reached a breaking point with the sheer amount of stress and ended up in the hospital with 2 back to back strokes in 2021. Essentially I was forced to change my thinking.
Spring of 2022 I bumped into an old colleague of mine. After describing my physical challenges/limitations from the injury, she mentioned about my mind. I began fine tuning my writing strengths/skills. At the beginning of September 2022 I set a goal for my self of making $400,000.00 in 4 years to pay all debts off. One thing I have done through out 2022 is that I have told no one what I am doing. I don't need to hear more of the negative crap.

Is this the key? Its not in my plans or mindset so often think I am going in the wrong direction and just don’t have that business mindset.
It’s different stage or weakness to overcome for each of us? No one answer…

The best explanation of true actual self tranformation I've ever come across. Firstly I applaud that you did it... alone. Secondly I applaud that you made the plan decisions... alone, Lastly your story of taking personal responsibilty for making today a purposeful step for tomorrow at the exlusion of todays comforts is the takeaway that works for me. You traded a few years of comfort for a lifetime of comfort, best trade you'll ever make!

    Well done !
I am just good or rather very good at my job as a live in carer.
I work 3 continuous days a week and the rest of the time I go to the gym, I walk, I learnt to play piano.
I paid off my 2 bedroom apartment in 16 years and I have been traveling extensively.
I frick out when I have shares going down in price so no more for me.
I am renting my unit in Adelaide and living in Sydney in a nurses accommodation which my rent pays for.
Here I can work with wealthy people.
I take at least two international holidays a year.
Next week I will be leaving for a cruise in the Galapagos , Amazon jungle short break, Peru, Argentina and Brasil tour.
This is a dream even for those living in S America.
I agree it is the best to do what you like
and you can t have everything.
I am 100 per cent happy with my life at 66.

Absolutely phenomenal breakdown. Mostly because you kept it high level, kept it easy to understand your process throughout and wrapped it up with an incredible quote "it's not easy, but it is simple". What a fucking stellar share, thanks so much for this. You clearly did a huge amount of inner work to make that shift, epic effort!

What a coincidence! we just started a window cleaning business and at the same time we live in a van rent free 😁 business is booming considering its our second year still. The only difference is we are not in debt and we love the nomadic lifestyle, loving the vanlife and we love going to campsites, hotels, airbnb… we feel free with our new lifestyle, glad we quit our full time work and let go our ego… ego is a big thing if we manage to let it go then we are free to be whoever we want to be. We are thinking of investing somewhere small in the Philippines as New Zealand is still too pricy for us to start… good luck to everyone! it certainly is fun adventure just enjoy the ride and everything will be alright… the universe/ God will eventually give in if you are persistent and just believe in yourself 😁❤️

I would add - the bit about living with your mother - I'd imagine this was the most dangerous part where focus on progress was the most important. Simply because comfort in itself is dangerous to keep you stuck. I'd imagine your sense of drive was the most valuable at this stage of the story

@@AnthonyVicino so I just discovered your channel and it's ringing my bells. I wonder if you have content or plan to do content on effective saving strategies, entering the world of stock investment and which one are great dividends stocks... And I wonder what your opinion is on pensions having made enough money to live life "to the end"? Should we save like crazy for retirement? Or is the use of our money better spent in the here and now in the pursuit of not needing a pension? 🤷
But if a tangent and no doubt you're busy! But your thoughts on the above would be super interesting 👀
