The issue is you went from a double cab to a crew max. The double cab has a smaller cab, slightly larger bed and the crew max has a slightly larger cab and a slightly smaller bed. That's why there's no gap.

Brother trust me as a person who’s owned 5 Tundras I understand the body styles so I said crew max just cause it has full four doors. I wasn’t being literal my point about the two different body styles is correct.

built a bed lift that slides in under the rail and allows you to lift form one point. beds are fun to lift said no one ever

i have that 4 door tundra that box won't fit i tried to get a tunnel cover for mine its a shorter box nothing fits on those
Hank-most of the time- a small pocket screwdriver inserted under the locking clip will free it up so the connector slidrs out.
Have tried spraying bedliner on the ramps to the trailer you load the dozer on ?
