So, I’m new to cboystv, been watching for a couple weeks now. I’ve been binging their old stuff, and I gotta say two things;

I like how it starts with "gas prices are insane now" and shows 100 bucks for 20 gallons of diesel (about 1.31dollars/liter). That was the normal in Finland 2 years ago, now it's 2.2 euro/liter, so 2.2 dollars/liter. (8.36USD/Gal)
But your gov is taxing it more to supply "free" stuff to voters with your money.
@@drcornelius8275 well the fuel shouldn't be taxed to fund other things. Yeah we got "free" healthcare but the taxes are already very high as it is. And the fuel prices are now still mostly just tax, not even due to the Ukrainian crisis right now. The gas is still many times using Russian oil but the prices are just driven up with tax. This doesn't help at all to the unemployment rate, as it won't be worth it to go to lower paying jobs that are in different towns. Some people will have about as much money left after buying fuel that if they were unemployed they would get from the govt. I got work 45 kilometers from home, so 90km a day. On my V70 diesel manual it costs about 60 euro/week to go to work. Now it's got a turbo issue so I am borrowing a XC70 petrol awd automatic, and that burns 9L/100km (26mpg) and it costs 100 euro a week to go to work. No one gets shorter work trips even though fuel is expensive, just the tax payers suffer from fuel prices mostly. More people will just stop going to work as they are left with less money than being unemployed

Soon they will place you in living pods and outlaw all vehicles other than public transport. All for the greater "good" you know. I'm glad at least you know "free" isn't really free.
