You've made the right choice by quitting rather than trading your happiness and peace. Nobody will care for you more than how you will care for yourself. I feel the same way, too in my current job. I'm praying to God for directions. I'm always unwell whenever at work and feeling unmotivated. This started after an incident at my work place, and I've been messed up in my mind. I know God will definitely see you through🤗
Good for you,I am not a nurse and on a family visa so not tied down to any employer but agree your mental health is very important. A friend of mine unfortunately unalived himself because he was on a sponsorship visa and was forced to work in a toxic environment. I wish more of us Africans can learn to walk away and stop trying to put up with what will not change.

I just want to advice you that when you are ready you can come to London to work in NHS though London is very expensive but it is a “DIVERSE” place if you know what I mean and I promise you, you are going to enjoy working in London if you don’t like one hospital,you can move to another it is such a big place,I like your personality if you want to contact me you can work in the trust where I’m working,it is well with you my beautiful sister🙏🏽😊.

I have been an official stay at home, unemployed immigrant with zero benefits 😂😂. Not every environment is worth the energy, life is too short
