That “BLEGH” at the end of higher found my soul, gave it back to me, then snatched it right back and smacked me with it. Dear god, Vessel is a vocal animal and I love it
His notes are all over the place by then. He's really struggling to keep his vocals together by the end of higher (which is why he was unable to match the original pitch of the screams)

@@thomas8692 Yeah II is good but there are some stupidly talented drummers out there. Evgeny Novikov, Gene Hoglan, Tomas Haake, and then there's the GOAT Danny "The Fucking Octopus" Carey. I like II but there's some stiff competition for best drummer in just the metal category alone.
I'm 41 man, I´ve listened to almost all kind of syles of music there is, they have a great formula that explodes all, the mystery is such a great factor, all the band super tight in sync and Vessels voice... everybody mentions his falsettos but have you listened how he manages his vibratos??? so fucking on point, this dude can sing clean, whisper and then fry scream like no other... they got me. There is just something about this band that is simply brilliant. They are hidden but we get a glimpse of their personalities. Drummer is utterly brilliant& makes it look so easy, guitar is a cool dude& brilliant, bass is a cheeky monkey& twinkle toes, vessel is like a kid let loose jumping about, love them so much 🥰❤
They sound like Tool, Deftones in terms of the instrumentation and the way they do breakdowns and stuff. The voice is what is unique, and the way they incorporate bits of RnB feel (specifically in The Summoning). The vocalist's voice is quite versatile.
IV’s screams in Rain though ❤, III’s chaotic energy and II just being an absolute goat on the drums. Rain is my favorite song off TMBTE but I’m sooo looking forward to seeing Higher in person because Vessel gave me goosebumps on that one. WORSHIP.

I was there. Premium Seat 102. Arena was not full at the beginning - but more people filled the arena during their performance. I was so happy to see them and many other people did sing their songs along - can't wait to see them at Wacken and at the Verti Music Hall again :)
Not only is this one of the most crisp sounding live recordings of ST I've seen, it's also the only one so far where I can hear both Vessel and IV's vocals clearly on the song Vore.
Whether its Vessel or IV every time there is screaming from Sleep Token, its always sounds so fucking visceral. The scream from IV in Rain, and that final "The debt that I owe" with the blegh gave me MAJOR goosebumps, felt like they touched my soul.

This is a great example of an actually good singer. Even though they blew up and are so big now vessel doesn't use tuning live UNLIKE OTHER BANDS CAUGH. Finally a realistic live-performance

This band, i cant really put into words, they are everything i always looked to on a band. I dont know man, they make me think and feel things that it seems to me that i had forgotten, about myself and about the world. Every song is journey ive never loved a band so much in my life.

This is a great example of an actually good singer. Even though they blew up and are so big now vessel doesn't use tuning live UNLIKE OTHER BANDS CAUGH. Finally a realistic live-performance

Yh that almost all performances / professional recordings use pitch correction to some point right?
@@louistown7835 yeah but there‘s a difference between a professional recording of of a concert that is mixed during post production and the actual mixing of the concert itself while it‘s happening.
