    Great work 👍 how did you fit the arch the same side? Did you panel bond it to the front section or weld it in? I'm doing this job now and found this video a bot late on ha ha and fitted the sill now struggling with the rear arch

      Thanks for the great comment buddy 👍👍 it’s all fully welded same as they come out factory so spot welded on factory spot welds and seam welded where it needs to be 👍.
      Rear arches are pretty simple I don’t always use the whole panel just the bits I need and try to avoid joining the on the swage line on the panels as gets a bit of a pain to get in exact place 🤙 hope you get sorted with yours 👊👊👊👊

    How much does it cost to get 2 sills done like this ?

      Tbh with you each job varies depending on how the sills are behind when you cut them off and how much work needs doing to reconstruct them, also all depending if it’s just welding them in or finishing and painting as well
      But as ball park expect to pay at least 500£ to have them done without paint

      Thanks dude. Different bits I used different sizes on but most of sheet steel is 1.2mm but thinker structural stuff is 3mm 👍

    Nice work i have the passengers sill and arch to replace..im not a welder so i may just use bubble gum to stick it on 😂 jk
    Wow its amazing how ppl bodge stuff just to pass a mot even tho it shouldn't.
