I have set up my Orbit exactly as you have. They are all set to run on the "A" selection with only 1 time per day, but the system doesn't run each station one after the other. It will run station 1 on one day then station 2 on the next day etc etc. Any clues?
I have my three stations set on AUTO for two days a week, but I also want to run station two one extra day during the week. How do I set up a program to run only station two an extra day during the week?
Hey, I have the Orbit 4 Station and it has stopped working on the Auto setting for some reason. All stations work manually but when setting the 2 run times on setting A, it does not come on. Can anyone shed any light on this issue? Or advise how difficult it would be to change the controller to a newer version possibly? Thanks

I have set the year, month, date and time, but the day of the week is not correct, what should I do? I have the same problem as Vic Tyler. What's up? I have model 57012 slide timer, like the one shown in the video. 12 stations. May 5, 2020 is a Tuesday, but the Orbit Day of Week is a Monday, or "MO". Did a system reset, but did not fix problem.

I have exactly the same problem...I have reset my system and the day does not correspond with the date. I don't know that is the problem but I can get my system to run on manual on every line but it will not kick off on an automated program. It used to be easy to work with this #57006 Orbit controller but I'm getting really frustrated. I have no errors in the system and it's been totally reprogrammed twice. What gives? Also...is this the only way to get support? I don't see any way to access customer service on the website. I can't even figure out how to send an email to this company. Is that the way it is normally?
No problem, there can be some confusing terminology surrounding this. Stations are sometimes also called zones or valves. Basically, on this timer, each slider control a single valve, which is wired to the timer. This is what get's turned on/off by the timer.
Good afternoon, the only thing not covered is the “No Watering Days” function. It may be a silly question, but to turn off this feature would you clear out each day and then switch it to off to prevent the system from turning off the sprinklers for those days?
When he turns the knob back to AUTO, is the time showing the CURRENT time or the time when the irrigation is supposed to come on? I set the current time on mine which was 5 PM but when I turned the knob back to AUTO, the time changed to 5 AM.
I have 5 stations out of six wired up. All I need to know is, I want the 1st station to come on then the next and then the next and so on. How can I set that? I only want one station to come on at a time. So one comes on then turns off after the time limit then station 2 comes on
You would do this by first setting up a program (A,B or C) for the number of run times. Then selecting which stations you want to run on that program via bottom row of selectors (see 1:00 of the video). Then set how much you want each station to run for. Finish by selecting what days you want this to run.
I followed your instructions but sprinkler still does not go on. It just started this season and all water lines are clear. I also tried testing manually for individual zone and for all, nothing happens. I have no rain sensor and button is on position, do you think it can be an issue? Thank you

Hi. I am getting a power off icon that wasn't mentioned in the video. I can't get the sprinklers to come back on. Please advise how to get power back on. Thanks
This would indicate that AC power is not getting to the timer. That can be due to a number of reasons, a blown fuse or a breaker switch that's gone out. It can also represent a problem with the timer. We can't say for sure without further diagnosis. If you could Please reach out to us with a private message on our linked social channels with your contact info, and we'll get in touch.

My timer will not run on the odd days selection. I set my stations to run on program A as I have done previously for years. However, on odd days, the letter A no longer shows up on the display (as it used to), and the stations do not run. I reset the system once before and this fixed the issue. What is missing is details. e.g. in the watering days section, you are pressing buttons and eliminating days but do not give information what you are doing. We know that you know, but it is important to put yourself in the place of not knowing. That is why there are so many learning disabilities because teacher did not know how to teach.
This timer will not be able to do that. Or at least, it will not be able to initiate the filling of tanks. The pump terminals on our timers will only be able to trigger a pump start relay, which would have a pump running consecutively with a timer.
This could be due to a larger problem, but we'd need to get more info. Please reach out to our support team and they will get this resolved: www.orbitonline.com/contact-us/
