Could you update this as we head into January?
House prices are still not dropping heading into January sorry to say . there are too few homes on the market and still many buyers !
homes are selling quickly even now just before Christmas ! very surprising! so if they’re selling quickly, there’s no reason to drop the price
The only homes that are coming down in price are the ones that were probably initially over priced when they first came on the market
