Great video. I have a e27 led bulb grow light and it doesn’t switch on. I’ve tested all the led and there fine. When I plug it in a get a buzzing noise and that’s all. The circuit board has no signs of burns or damaged. Can you give me and help in finding the problem. I don’t have experience on circuits thanks
