  • Sadza is staple food in Zimbabwe where Sandra is originally from. It’s cooked mainly on the hob but I had a few too many disasters with that technique and found the microwave technique easier and quicker plus a lot less washing up afterwards! We enjoy this dish quite regularly in our household with different types of sauces. In this video I’m showing you how I make microwave sadza and served it with peanut butter Kale and hunters chicken.....delicious!

I invented this in 1990... There's an even easier way. Make a smooth porisged with the flour and the hot water. Almost porridge, then sprinkle flour on top and seal a lid on top and put it back in the MWV for a few more mins.. Pull out. Mix once.. One more time... Finish... Bonapetite! 😶😋
