My best gaming moments must be from various arcades. I like the old beat-em ups like Cadillacs and Dinosaurs and Marvel vs Capcom. There are others games I like, but beat-em ups have to be my favourite out if all the arcade genres.
The bus driver meanwhile is all like "Eh, a vigilante beating the shit out of mob henchmen with a katana? This stuff happens every day, I'm surprised they didn't start three stops earlier."
Some of the most badass ending credits ever. I played it at the arcade and noticed that a few times, especially during the final fight with Kingpin, there were slowdowns and sprite flickering, possibly because the CPS-1 hardware was being pushed to its limit at that point.
I don't think the CPS2 was ever given more CPU speed or better sprite capabilities than the CPS1; probably just a result of poor programming when you consider how quickly these games were released.
In Daredevil, there was a crime-boss associated with the Kingpin named Eric Slaughter who led a cabal of hitmen. I remember they often used unorthodox weapons that would fit in with this game like nunchucks and blowdarts.
And have ninjas and robots... More like, they hired a japanese company to make a Punisher arcade game. The same happened to the simpsons arcade game, im so thankful something like this would be common in the 90's. We dont get things like this anymore
The Kingpin isn't even fat. He's 350lbs with only 2% body fat. Kingpin is a monster of muscle and a experienced martial artist. Don't let his large frame confuse you, because he has manhandled people like Spider-Man with ease.

Some thoughts: -I feel like the baddies' "ow" sounds like a voice actor I'm familiar with. Cam Clarke, maybe? -Seeing as how he can do that jumping piledriver to Fisk, I wanna see Frank do that to SFV's Abigail -Frank needs to work on his grammar.
It would be great if this was on one of the consoles or Steam, looks like a great classic beat em up. Really loved all of these, from Simpson's to TMNT to Aliens vs Predator, all were classic

Capcom should've made this into a Fantastic 4 game up to four players. A Punisher video game is great idea for Capcom but it deserves more than it just being simply an old-school beat 'em up. Even The Punisher video game in 2004 is a good example.
Marvel must have paid close attention to the game text, considering such fluency in English came from people who earlier gaves us gems like, "Congraturation" and "You feel strongth welling in your body".
I think a "Noble Kingpin" would be an awesome Spiderman storyline, where they help each other through "legal issues" so Kingpin can keep his knees in good feng shui, along with venom :)
