Also, natural light does not suppress serotonin, it suppresses melatonin which is the sleep hormone produced in the evening/dark to signal to our brain tiredness and that it's time to sleep. And when im over tired i get even more anxiety than usual. Its a vicious cycle.

Thick and dark coffee doesn't mean more caffeine, infact it means less caffeine than the lighter roasts because more of the caffeine has been roasted out in the dark roasts
i really like the idea of homemade baozi for breakfast, they're delicious, nutritive, freeze nicely, and are really quick to eat/easy to take on the go, so it's great thing to cook in bulk and keep in the freezer for a nice treat. Otherwise i like to go for savoury oatmeals, leftovers, scrambled eggs or even a full english breakfast (which i havent had in awhile)
I always go thru phases of insomnia when I have anxiety. Like it’ll be 2-3 nights in a row and then I’m back to normal 😂 Also if it increases cortisol (stress) and melatonin, that would you make stressed and sleepy. I did everything right tonight. I soaked in a bath. Washed my face cleaned my teeth put in my retainers. Did my physical therapy exercises and went to bed at 9:30... My roommate. Came home at 10 o'clock and immediately started gaming with her ex. boyfriend progressively got louder now it's 11 o'clock and I was falling asleep until she woke me fully up, so I am angry. I suffer from insomnia so the fact that I was almost asleep and now I probably won't sleep until 2am because of her loudmouth pisses me off.
Some homes kinda goes with out saying rough hard no justus if the ones the are supposed to be careed for don't even have cracks to fall through real hary pill of life being delt with not enough space to have peace of mind especially really any age is going have triles of device all wishy washy moving all the dust with anything in such a wake.
