A bit pricey, but that BullseyeBore Core can really come in handy. I had an old mechanical jig that would attach to the drill itself on a stand (think plunge router). Drilling through beams, accuracy is critical.
The old one was accurate but annoying cuz nobody wanna hear robot sounds every single day you know, but at the same time you can't deny it is fit perfectly into the topic
As a professional ladder climber I thought I would try one of those telescopic ladders...... don't bother. Unless you are the weight of an emaciated dwarf they are lethal. Mine is 5m and almost impossible to fully extenend and terrifying if you do. It only gets used as an external step ladder now.
