Those meagre terraces were once a proud populations pride and joy, clean streets, tidy, well maintained houses, friendly neighbourhoods where many hard working families were close knit. Look at it now !, no jobs, no prospects, no communities, no pride, no shops, no local businesses. All getting far too familiar around the country’s less affluent cities.
I use to work in those streets in Tunstall as home care for years. They were good clean streets/entries. The younger neighbours would help the elderly and were good people. Such a shame to see it like this.😢 People seem to have no pride in their area. They think it's the councils fault. It wasn't the council who thought it was acceptable to put rubbish in school carpark..Thank you for highlighting this.
Yep got to admit the new council has been very proactive in cracking down on cleaning the areas up but it’s plain to see we have a lot of uneducated scum living amongst us and that I’m afraid is out of the council’s hands you can’t educate stupid.

3:15 I think we can say goodbye to summer from here on in. Birds are actually beginning to migrate for the winter. Ive been seeing flocks of geese beginning to fly into the UK to spend the winter here. They are atleast 3 weeks early this year, might be a stormy autumn and winter ahead. The alleyways down at the southern end of the city are no better. Go round places like normacot and along the A50 amongst the shrubs and bushes theres rubbish everywhere.
Watching this video make my blood boil. Not a couple of months ago,TABRIS DIN got elected as councillor around here, promising to clean up these streets,this and that etc.He was even posting leaflets containing pictures of him cleaning up the alleys. In short,HE DUPED HIS VOTERS😢

Tunstall is known as tunstistan,maybe the dog cak is from groomed kids. The heart has been ripped out of our city,no skilled work and no pride. The area is an absolute embarrassment but its years of Corporate money buying Legislation and tipping the people who rely on the government the most, into the gutter whilst the council squandered millions and turned the other way when it became obvious the area needed an uplift. The big council executives live no where near these slums and have no idea how people live day to day
I know that area pretty well and it is an absolute dump. Obviously, if you know, there are many immigrants in that low rent area but alot of that trash is from cowboy builders as well. It seems systemic in that one person shits on their own doorstep and others follow. The council should provide a better recycling and waste management service and also educate these people on the benefits of good hygiene and cleanliness, I mean I have seen kids playing in and around those ally ways...liked and subscribed!

Until I saw this video I didn’t realise how bad the fly tipping is in Stoke-on-Trent. Ever likely the council have just done a big blitz of rubbish but the bill is now left to the citizens of the city. Disgusting 🤢.
And all for it to be repeated again in a matter of days I’ve no time for any political party these days but I will give the new council there credit they have cracked down hard it’s just a shame we can not do something with them who get caught other than a fine 😉
Lets face it all over the country outside gated estates ,must be scruffiest in europe i get about and at least they try in wales ,scotlands beauty spots seem to be fly tippers paradise i heard a lot of it is done by foreign builders ,but people use the scum cos there cheaper ,thats because they tip all the shite from the job in our countryside .
