    Hi everyone, Mr Polytrol here……
    Absolutely delighted to see the results there! Just one thing, be sure to apply then BUFF off after 15 minutes, exactly as seen here, not rinse with water! No water required.
    👍🏻 🚗

    • @HubNut
      @HubNut  Месяц назад +2

      And I'll just add make sure you get it all off or it will leave a sticky finish. We found it best to do a rough pass to get most off, then follow up with a proper buff.

    This may sound like an advertorial, but Owatrol really is a great product! I strongly advise to use it on grey or black body-plastics, each year, in spring. Black Wipers: Owatrol.
    Small warning: Don't leave the the rags or tissues you used to long in a bin, at home. Because of the Polymerization the fluid heats up and might even self-ignite.
    And store the rest-product in a smaller, as much as airtight, bottle.
    You can even use it on cars that look really weathered, as long as you don't intend to ever polish or respray them again. Strokes in one direction. Result may not be perfect, but the shine is nice and it offers semi-permanent protection.

Yes, you CAN fit a Smart into the back of Pickup provided that it has a 6-Foot Bed at the minimum 😅. We also have a Smart done up as a giant Mouse complete with Nose and Whiskers and all the rest. @@stewartikin2240 Yes, I read that these parts are overly expensive. A very simple roll construction like the 2Cv had, seems feasible to me (or a fixed Perspex plate?).
      The fun-thing is: here in Holland, I see them advertised as 1 owner, low-mileage, pre-loved cars for way under 2.000,- with only these non-functioning roofs as a weak point. The other week I even saw one, in great condition, 1 owner 1.4 with a year MOT for 800,- (converted to a spider, less practical).
