I used to spend summers on my uncle's ranch in small town Oklahoma. People build trust in their neighbors there & everyone knows everyone. That's a wonderful thing but a scammer can use that trust to hurt everyone.

This is a great job by the receiver to get 90% of the stolen dough back.

wow, 90% back. Would had been 100% back if it wasn't for the legal fees. lol Good job. My guess is Marsha Schubert probably want to trade option but got burn early, then got chicken out of the market.

He wouldn't have any legal fees. He just filed a claim with the securities department and the court. The only people that would have a representing lawyer would be those investors who were sued by the OK government during the clawback process for having gotten more out, than they put in.
Most of the money came from other investor victims, but 90% back is still pretty damned good!

She was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2005. Not sure when she was released or what she did after her release.

Read How to Smell a rat by Fisher. Fisher's father was a big wig in investment. What she claimed to be doing was speculation not investing. I have been reading about derivatives and it is as clear as mud.
