VANG VIENG, LAOS | Tham Nam Cave Tubing in the dark & Jang Cave and Swim!

It was our first day in Vang Vieng and with so many beautiful places & activities to experience it was hard to know what to start with.
The temperature was hot hot so we decided to explore Tham Jang cave, a short walk from the centre of Vang Vieng. Thankfully it was a good few degrees colder in the cave and we were also able to cool off in the small pool at the base of the cave.
Tubing is still popular in Vang Vieng but before we did the main river tubing we decided to ease ourselves in with some cave tubing at Tham Nam. We had the cave all to ourselves and it was definitely a memorable experience. For more reasons than one!
