NOBODY makes better videos than Rammstein. They are ALL so different, so creative, fantastically filmed. Amazing art. I've never seen a single Rammstein video like any other, or one I didn't absolutely love.
Marilyn Manson's videos were ok. I stopped listening to him after Mechanical Animals, but occasionally he produces great songs. He's a bit simplistic at times, but I guess this is part of the game. Coma White is absolutely one of the best.
And the video for Adieu just released and yep, it did not dissapoint.
This was not the Disney Snow White, this was the "real" Schneewittchen.
All their official videos are amazingly well produced and really entertaining

I’m a metal guy going back to early Iron Maiden/ Metallica etc. When I first saw Rammstein it was a live Ich will video on mtv in the early 2000’s, it completely blew my mind, I was mesmerised, there’s no one like them out there, amazing !
This is a pretty Epic song, and most Fans can tell you that this was supposed to be the Entrance Music for the World Heavyweight Boxing Champion Wladimir Klitschko (Brother of the Ukranian Mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, who also used to be a Heavyweight Champion). The result was considered too hard by Klitschko and wasnt taken in the End.
That is where the counting to 10 comes frrom. And if you read some of the lines closely, the topic of boxing still shows up (wenn sie aus den Fäusten bricht, legt sich heiss auf das Gesicht - When she breaks out of the fist, planting herself hot on the Face).
I was wondering if somebody had provided this fact. Klichkó missed it, but the world won a master piece.

This was the song and video that really got me into Rammstien. I had it on my MySpace back in the day. Just recently saw them live at the Metlife Stadium. They played in the rain.
This is one of their all time classics. Such a deeper song than it seems on the surface.

a neat detail if you notice snow white is dont cast a shadow. she is the light. the dwarfs work in the dark mines. and then she come in as the sun. she is always light up so they are worshipping her as the sun. giving her whatever she want to keep her in their life. as they dont wenna go back to the dark
Sonne was the very first Rammstein song I heard. Booming industrial metal at its finest. The video though…miners queuing up to be spanked by someone who looked like Snow White…something of a wtf moment…wished I had been a miner🤪🤪🤪…I like queuing 🤪🤪🤪. Seriously, this is a classic song within my humble mental musical collection. The hidden meaning…whatever you want it to be. Sabina…a great reaction…there is a lot to take in. Sorry, I have to go..I’ve been a naughty boy and it’s smack bottom time🤪🤪. Outstanding song and video.

The piano version of this song at the end of the "Deutschland" video (during the credits) is so hauntingly beautiful. Till Lindemann (without the band) has also made a song and a video with a French singer called "Zaz", the song's title is "Palais de Larmes", great video, too (though the music is very different).

I love how they use art and the absurd to make alegories about life. the beauty of art (doesn't mean its beautiful) just makes you shocked but makes you reflect about how are you living and stuff. this fascinates me

Band that for me is the best German band, the best in industrial-metal, the best in concerts, the best in videos, etc. The best of the genre. This song is a classic, actually the MUTTER album where this song is included is a work of art. "Sonne" is an amazing song - for me the mix of hard verses and soft-melodic chorus was a fantastic idea, and Rammstein - as always - did it perfectly! It's not a surprise that it is one of the best spectacles on Rammstein concerts 😃
As you already know, this song was actually written on request - for the boxer, who finally rejected it. Fun fact: he chose Tina Turner's "Simply the Best" instead as his entrance song, and lost the fight. Karma! 😆
I suggest you watching the "Official making of" video, which is really interesting. The funny thing is, that they always proceed through brainstorms when they plan to release a new video - and it is always a long process, since everyone has to agree it is matching their expectations. In the past there have been cases, when they simply rejected the video completely ("Das Modell") or didn't like the final work and reshot it ("Mein Herz Brennt"). Also, there was one situation when Till decided to do a video on his own (for song "Mutter") which almost caused the breakup of the band!
Nevertheless - I'm sure you will appreciate one of their most interesting songs: "Wiener Blut". It is a great song with so many unique elements that you will have a lot to discover. Also, the backstory is really dark - which is the Joseph Fritzl case. If you decide to do the reaction, please choose the live version from Wacken festival in 2013. If you choose the one with English lyrics, you will have the summary of the backstory included in the video. 🙂 I think you will appreciate how theatrical Till can be on stage ♥

Their videos are incredibly creative, and they fit their beautiful music so perfectly.
Rammstein are the absolute masters of their craft. The way they see the world and how they translate it in to their art is very perceptive and very clever. They are absolutely my favourite band of all time. I wish I could pick a favourite song or a favourite video but it changes depending on m6 mood at the time. I will say though, it is very unusual for me to skip a track when I play their songs (I usually play their back catalogue on shuffle)
Sonne and the video is definitely up there as one of their best I think. It’s also one of my favourites played live on the recent tour, the effects were incredible. My favourite moment the video is Flake taking off his trousers to receive his “punishment” He clearly was looking forward to it😂 I adore Flake, he plays the comic foil so well but he is so astute and deep when you hear him being interviewed.
Never heard of them. Didn't understand one word but I took the ride with you because I like seeing things new to me. Musically speaking it was good sounding metal with very good video sets, I liked the shot of the man playing guitar on the mountain top that looked so cool. Rammstein is so creative always. Their videoclips are always a hard social critic 💔 Dark, amazing and brilliant, as you said Sabina. Sonne is one of their best works, when the band was on the top of a very powerful career. I recommend you the videoclips "Rosenrot" and "Mein Teil". Very impressive. This has always been one of my very favourite Rammstein tracks, for me it's definitely th4e best of their early stuff. My favourite part's definitely that beautifully twisted female vocal element, it's got this wonderfully dark, haunting quality to it. The actual album version of the song is definitely superior, because instead of just the sudden stop here we get just this particular element on its own to play out, it's a whimsical but rather heartbrreaking way to end the song.

The live version is one of their best stage performances in terms of fire and grit and is an interesting contrast to the Official video presented here. Anyway, great job. I really enjoy your channel.

I had to pause the video at 3 minutes because the look in your eyes was so "wonder"-ful. You are so emotionally expressive, my dear. As a father of adult children, and now a 5 month old grandson, I see that same look of total presence in your gaze, as I see in my grandson's when I am entertaining him. The child in us is our essence, yes? I can see it. So lovely. Thank you! Now to the rest of the video. I look forward to it. : ) Now, to conclude. As above, so below. I see this video (my first reaction) as an inversion of the "natural" order. Both the original Snow White (Disney cartoon for me) and Rammstein's version of the tale are, of course, extremes of what might occur if the same thing happened in reality. One would think that there would be reached a happy medium, where both the princess and the dwarves could work together in a peaceful and productive relationship, but who wants to read about that? Lol I love this theatrical performance. Perhaps 10 years ago, I was afraid of this band, thinking that heavy metal and how they looked was, somehow, tending towards evil. I was so naïve. So programmed. I am a different man because of metal, in all its various forms. It's like a whole new world. Thank you for your insights and sensitive reactions. 🙏🏻💖

In that video Snow White gave herself a seaming deadly dose of gold. In Germany such a deadly dose is called "Goldener Schuss" ("golden shot").
Every time, the song says: "Hier kommt die Sonne", Snow White is seen or enters the scene.
As she is in the coffin, just as the sun reflects on the glasses of one of the workers, the apple fell. Before that, in the scene with the coffin, all is dark and grey.
So, Snow White is the sun. Without her is no sun.
During the couplets, notice the constant switching between Till's oratorial snarling and the goddamn *solar flare* of the guitars, back and forth back and forth so you never get used to one or the other. It's an old trick, but *very* well implemented.
CRUSH FOR!! Rammstein, even when I was little and didn't speak deutsch, now I understand a litte of it and I confess, I LOVE THEM EVEN MORE.

Sonne is still my favorite Rammstein song. I've never seen them live, so I have to settle for watching videos. While they make generous use of pyro for Sonne, they hold back on the lighting, which I like. The performance at MSG for Rammstein In Amerika is my favorite; the lighting director and operator (if separate people) did a fantastic job with that show and song in particular.
Its just awesome how famous they are all over the planet, and they are way more famous everywhere else than here in Germany. Its the show the make in their concerts and the great acting in the videos, but also they are provocating with their lyrics and with their shows. I think that is their biggest effect on the crowds, you either love Rammstein or you hate them, in between there is not too much. I dont know if the documatation about Rammstein is made in english language too, but if its possible to see that docu, you should watch it its awesome and gives you an idea about their history and how the fame started back in the 90's in the USA.

There was a movie made with this as the opening song and red siren the title that was very good. Watched this movie and herd the song and have been hooked ever since!
This song was commissioned by Vitali Klitschko. As a song for the march to the ring.
Klitschko is the sun (Sonne). So the text makes sense.
But it was too hard for little Vitali. So Rammstein has made it a hit for themselves.
It is so creative to produce a video with totally different content to an existing Song and it works. For me one of funniest Rammstein videos.

this song was showen to me by a friend when i was 18, i new after hearing their album that this is the best non english band in the world.
Most original idea I ever saw with incorporating something so popular making it a masterpiece and an interesting idea with the character Snow White and the seven dwarfs they deserve all the praise for that music video
seeing this reaction actually made me see this song in a different light.. is it representing how guys dig in the dirt for gold to give their woman the most they can while suffering? as a metaphor.. how guys are spending 100's or 10's of thousand on gems and precious metals just so their lady would be happy and satisfied.. jesus.. I just like this song cos the hook and guitar is the best I ever heard in a rock song. Now the video makes sense
