I have been interesting in diving Bermuda for several years. But, each time I check into it I am disappointed. Because it is so expensive. I live in North Carolina about as close as you can get from US. It's less expensive for me to fly to the carribean,. Everything seams to be more expensive.
Yes, Bermuda is remote compared to the Caribbean and has to get everything shipped into the country and the cost of living there is through the roof. It is the most expensive place in the world to live. We lived there for 6 years. Tourism is not the main income source for the island, unlike the Caribbean. Bermuda is the reinsurance capital of the world and the IB and reinsurance money is flowing .

Great video! I have a dive trip there planned for June,can’t wait. Was supposed to go last year but was canceled due to the hurricane.
