      I don’t know if it was the set itself but the personnel they had in the set, if Hernandez was a gronk like TE I don’t think it would’ve been as effective because they both would’ve been slow, but since Hernandez was basically a receiver in a TE body it was way more effective

    People who didn’t watch the Pats at that time have no idea how good that combo would have been for years. They were only together for a short time and it changed the way teams run offense to this date. Unstoppable duo

    I actually just watched this game 2 days ago time flies I was a Senior in High School I remember a lot of these games like they were yesterday but Aaron Hernandez was a beast

      Nah yeah he was insane. I remember hearing the news and I couldn’t believe it. I was 13 and didn’t realize how young he was until I got older and realized he literally threw his life away at 23 smh

      Gronk was more dominant and rumbled in for extra yards and was a better blocker. But in terms of receiving he would've been the best of all time

      If he didn't do what he did and just be a decent human being. No doubt He would've been a HOF and possibly one of the greatest TE to ever play the game. People would be talking about him more than Gronk and he would've been in the same conversation as Tony G and Shannon.

      strongly disagree with that. Aaron Hernandez was used as more of a pure receiver than gronk and gronk still put up better numbers while also blocking more. Wouldve been crazy if the duo stayed together though

      @@jakerosner8043 Aaron Hernandez was used at running back too and did everything gronk could do+ more, he was just as good a blocker if not better at 4 inches less and 20 pounds lighter then gronk.

    No faster and accurate bullet in the league than brady, just a dart show. Really brings out the best in a two tight end set in tight windows over the middle and down the seam. Just deadly. Brady is a monster.

    But like Coach Lombardi and Madden said when a player is making a tackle his 10 other teammates that are on the field should be in the area because you never know what could happen. For example a Fumble
