With all this spare time we have on our hands, I’ve come to think how this channel has impacted me. If it wasn’t for this channel, my truck would not be anywhere as clean as it is now thanks to you! The videos you make are always superb and very satisfying to watch. I can’t imagine having to clean vehicles for hours on end, cleaning up, then editing and creating a video/tutorial. Just from cleaning my truck alone I know how much time goes into just that. I give you mad props for being able to work while setting up these awesome camera shot angles while producing very high quality content. The amount of work you put into your business as well as channel is very impressive! Bought the waffle-weave cloths you recommended to use in my bathrooms. Right out of the shower, use the cloth on the mirror and you have a clean, spotless mirror with no chemical cleaners. Works like a charm.
Canadians embrace the cold , we don’t hide inside because of the weather. If we did nothing would get done , it’s kinda like a very hot State , people adapt and it’s just normal.
Repeat customers have to be the best and worst thing as a detailer. They’re the best cause it means they like all the work you did last time, but the worst because you can see how all that work you put into it went to shit😂😂

@Aaron Feuer 30 ºC (86ºF) is pleasant as long at it isn't humid, and especially if I'm at the beach or pool. When it gets to be over 100 ºF (37 ºC) we start to complain a little. Couple years ago I went outside in the afternoon and it was 117 ºF (47 ºC). That was absolutely horrible.
Listen, 5 is cold in Toronto. LOL. Saskatchewan is way colder than Ontario.. (Toronto). Nice weather to us is like 15 and still we ain’t wearing flip flops until it’s like 20. Lmao.
Dude it gets about 65 degrees and I'll think maybe I can wash my car...of course I'm in Alabama and we wait till the pollen is about done before we can call our cars clean 😂

Hello, my friend. I am a 63-year-old disabled veteran that can still get around and I'm thinking of starting a channel for disabled people and I watch RELIGOUSLY your channel a try to learn from you as much as possible. I see that you really don't mess around with paint correction, but more with a TRUE cleaning of the vehicle and this I like. which brings me to my question. If I may ask, what do you charge for a deep cleaning like this one? And do you do any type of decontamination on these vehicles? Thank you for your time and knowledge.
For a car/truck this new, correction shouldn't be required, but I have seen worse where correction was needed because the dealer just jacked up the paint. I bet that if you go over the paint with a non-abrasive paint cleaner and a white polishing pad you will see some grime that has been embedded in the paint. TRUE cleaning of the vehicle requires truly cleaning the paint and you can clay all you want, but there are some things that can only be removed through polishing. A job like this will cost a lot more in somewhere like southern california compared to a more rural area like arkansas due to mainly factors such as cost of living. So find out what people in your area are charging for this kind of job and go from there. If you REALLY want to learn about detailing I highly suggest heading over to the autogeek forums and do some reading. If you have any questions the members there are very helpful for the most part and Mike Phillips himself frequently answers questions as well.
I think it speaks highly of you, that you go the extra mile for your customers, cleaning the carpeting even if a clients opts out of that service. Way to go.

Best detailer on RUclips?.. no way he’s better than Ammo. This guy does good work but he’s not much more than a glorified car washer. I’ve never seen him do anything exotic, classic, rare etc.. never does paint correction or anything like that.. Ammo NYC did a video on an old Mercedes he restored that has over 16 mil views...but I guess you’re entitled to your opinion.
You have forgotten: 1)ammo is a car enthusiast he has Audi r8 and Porsche for track 2) Larry is unbeatable in paint work(correction) 3) Larry has his own products which are used by other detailers 4) Larry is a full time detailer whereas Mitch is accountant and does detailing for fun 5) Larry has training school for teaching amateur detailers 6) Larry has more knowledge concerning detailing and restoration as whole( clear bra ,wrapping, painting including undercoating etc) 7) Larry does a variety of details (some disaster details , delicate expensive supercars cars, restoration ,even a airplane) 8) Larry goes to lots of shows concerning detailing to discover new inventions . THIS GUY IS AWESOME!

@@nadiamarie10, as I am almost 40, that's how it's getting for me. It's like I cannot go outside in anything below 55 and not constantly shivering. Back when I was in my late teens and in my 20's, the temperature outside would be 30's, 20's and even upper teens and my bedroom window would be open with a fan on medium with me sitting on the PC playing games in nothing but a t shirt and underwear.
Your videos have literally inspired me to take up "detailing," (in quotes bc I'm not doing it professionally nor do I have all the exact needed materials) and I've started doing peoples cars. I actually found that I really enjoy doing it, but if I had never found your videos, this hobby would probably not have been started for me. I'm only 15, by the way.

Its celsius so that’s about 40 F. Its not too cold to go out in especially since he’s used to cold weather

Aaron Feuer I used to live in Iraq and it was normal to reach 40C but it had no humidity so it was bearable. Depends on humidity
