Although I agree with your sentiments, we need to consider that he didn't do the job for free. She more than likely paid A LOT of money to have her car detailed. I know the level of gratitude I express for manual labor is going to vary a little depending on if it was a really nice favor, or if I paid for it.

Best purchase I ever made was rubber floor liners for my Suburban. I just bought pre-made ones to fit the year of my suv not the fancy custom ones. They vacuum so easy and when sticky stuff gets spilled, we just pop them out, and spray them off. Makes detailing a breeze.
Definitely makes it easier to clean! I just got some for my new car. My old one, I had to vacuum the floors for a long time and maybe go back over it with an spot cleaner/green machine.
Can’t be the only person who got this randomly recommended but I’m not disappointed

Do we know 100% for sure that their home is this way?...no. Is it highly likely that their home is this way?...absolutely. If they want to live this way, fine. But they lose that choice when there are children to care for in this environment. At the very least, it's enough for CPS to do a check. People fail to realize having kids also implies that whenever they make a mess or is causing trouble in the backseat, it wears you out and so ht messes you make, you don't pay attention to. My parent’s had four children as well, as well as several foster children they cared for over the years. My moms van wasn’t PERFECT by any means, but it was miles from THIS. If any food appeared on the floor of her car the child who sat in that seat was deemed the culprit, taken by the shoulder to the mess, bag in hand, and asked to clean it up before getting the ‘this is a car, not a trash can, this is NOT acceptable.’ Lecture from both parents. 😅

Our car is used often and gets like this especially on trips. It’s harder to keep neat and clean in a compact area with small kids so when people talk about how they’d never let this happen cuz they value their thing I find that funny. It’s also a major time thing as well. Many adults may not have the time or energy to chose to focus on a car which is essentially a tool.
Hedonyx it takes almost no effort to remove any food/trash from the car and occasionally vacuum. Cars like the one in the video only happen if you neglect your car and don’t ever clean.

The vomit was from a friend they offered a ride to when they saw the inside of that van.
I'm sure this is what happened because it happened to me I was riding once in a friend's car that was extremely dirty allthought not this bad but it was so disgusting that I started gaging and vomited my lunch in his car 🤢🤮 anyways I never took a ride from him ever again, his car is still very disgusting to this day.
