  • PowerApps filter gallery by dropdown. In this video, we will learn to filter a gallery by a dropdown using PowerApps. we have bind gallery and dropdown by SharePoint list.
    1. Create SharePoint List and Bind DropDown with Department Column
    2. Bind Gallery by SharePoint List
    3. Filter gallery by a dropdown using the formula ( Filter('Employee Info',Department= Dropdown1.Selected.Result))
    4. Append "All" in dropdown using the clearCollect function (ClearCollect(Dept,{Result:"All"});Collect(Dept,Distinct('Employee Info',Department)))
    5. Powerapps filter gallery by a dropdown finally (If(Dropdown1.Selected.Result="All",'Employee Info', Filter('Employee Info',Department= Dropdown1.Selected.Result)))
