Just want to highlight one thing (for curious learners) that in case of Planned/Unplanned, we cannot use the approach of 'in' operator as 'planned' is being repeated in both the choices and it won't get us the desired filtered result, as per my experience, that's why we need to go for the If statement. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, I overlooked this, as it was beginner series! My intention here is to understand concept! For Delegation warnings, there are so many alternative work arounds! I will try to cover this in some of my upcoming videos!

Also one of the problems i see is tht you assume that people know power apps and therefore don't mention what they need to select, like source, table, or field. Here, after clear collection formula you simply pasted the values.
I loved all your other videos so far but this one has many name mistakes in their objects (Leave type dropbox name's based on the Planned/Unplanned column, The Leave Types box is easily confused with the All Leaves box, etc). It made the video hard to grasp for me. Free is free but I would recommend you to replace this video with a new one that has less confusion in the objects' names. I still want ot thank you for the free courses.

on dropdown, Item property is case sensitive
I was using Leavetype.value
but the V needs to be capital Leavetype.Value

I was using 'in' at 11:49 but realized 'in' is NOT case sensitive. After research, I found the operator 'exactin' that IS case sensitive. :)
