Keeley didn't run particularly well in the Doha Diamond League with its intense heat. I'm afraid major athletic championships tend to staged in very warm/hot conditions which will favour athletes who are used to such conditions. Keeley, on the other hand, probably spent a lot of the last 12 months training in an average of 14 degrees Celsius or so. Hopefully Keeley can arrange to have time in Japan to really acclimatise and get used to local conditions.
