  • Finally that time has come. The first start of the pinto turbo powered 1958 Ford Prefect 100e. It sure has tested me over the last few weeks, but I have overcome every obstacle it lay in my way (or should I say, every obstacle past Stu left for me?). I have about 4 weeks now until the car goes back to Steve Walford Motorsport to have a few bits and pieces made, and, other than the bits Steve is going, the car has to be MOT and dyno ready, best get cracking!
DuckSport is all about having fun with cars and learning along the way. We aren't professional mechanics and do this in our spare time. We have learnt what we know by spending time playing with cars and normally getting it wrong a couple of times first. You won't see big budget builds here, but hopefully that makes what we do interesting!
DuckSport is proud to be supported by Steve Walford Motorsport Engineering - www.swmotorspor... - They bring the professionalism to our builds and make sure we don't do anything too stupid!

Hey, i have been looking at your vids, they are very informative. Am from Trinidad and Tobago and i have a very similar set up in my mk2 escort, i was inspired to build when i saw "fast 4s and rotary" many years ago. Presently there are only 3 set up like it in my country and they are my pal and we did it together.

I'm interested in your project coz I have the same engine in my Eagle RV kit car (it's also my daily driver!)
I have a damaged accelerator cable, do you know where I could get a replacement?
Keep up the good work my dude!

@@DuckSport Thanks. I'll check it out. Maybe I can get rid of the bungee cords that fully close the throttle when I take my foot off!
