A lovely place to visit and visited several times over the past 10 years but since covid it seems to have lost a lot of its Greek fishing village charm with the family run water side Garden taverna being replaced with an up market massive wine glass and white table cloth joint obviously aiming for the boating brigade if they ever turn up. Ellie seems to have taken over the kafenion and the lovely little corner cafe she used to have is empty but i bet her food is still excellent. Had a meal in the fish restaurant beside Agi and Socrates bar when I was there last but it was disappointing and a bit of a rip off which was unusual as I had visited many times before over the years and the food was excellent and good value ! still I guess when the Pefko taverna in Stoupa is now serving curry on the menu you know the place has changed as the locals have to do what they can to make a living.

Yes, times have changed. Now in many places it is not the same as before. But Greek cuisine is very tasty!
