I'm considering a defamation lawsuit against a relative. While I was with family, they made a false police call saying I was suicidal, and then took my daughter away and said if I didn't get a "mental evaluation" that I couldn't have her back. Also, the following 2 days, another fake police report was made saying that I slashed tires....which was a lie. And another for stealing (but there's no proof). And she tried to extort money from me. Taking advantage of me. As you can see, it's pretty messed up. But I think that I should but I want to sue for the max.

I feel that I have been sabotage by the system and had been homeless and called 211 a few times before I was helped. A few months after, I started to suffer fibromyalgia. I was born premature so I was born disabled. When a human has experienced a disability and then cures they would still need trauma treatment. And it's a civil violation to have lead a civilian on in the scene where they think it's ok to settle in order to be a part of a community and are still in dangers because the suffered already. The system promised them that the ground they live on is a safe haven and they still suffered harm. To be immune to a disease or more than one disease is disability on both parties so the situation should be handled with patience and compassion especially if it is God who created or is planning to create us as human beans and his or her love for us is going to be unconditional. To live a miracle can happen to any of us and it's not right to hate, we should just try our best to be happy for one another and wait our turn. The check is never enough to live comfortably anyways.

This would include slander cases. However, we will consider and make exceptions for cases/clients located in the same state as our home office (Ohio). Or a situation where a client wants us to come on as a consultant for their local lawyer, in order to supplement their local lawyer's experience and expertise in this area of law. Otherwise, no.

I was accused of taking a pregnancy test from a dollar tree. I walked inside to store, noticed the lines were ridiculously long and walked right back out because I was in a hurry. The store manager followed me on my way out outside the store, stood by the door and stated loudly, in the middle of a busy parking lot, “next time you take a pregnancy test from my store, make sure you pay for it!”. After figuring out that property wasn’t taken, there was still no apology, it was super humiliating.

You may not be able to prove monetary damages, but you could sue for a PUBLIC apology, something that made it into the local media so that everyone in the area is apprised of what really happened.

If you fighting against a person who has more resources than you, its very hard to win your case. There is also felony false reporting, so it's a criminal case, too. Make sure your reports are iron clad. You can use them in your civil case.
