vxf and zvx are close they both can take a ton of power they both can get low they both can do spl. Me personally I'd take the vxf because it looks better
Doesn't look better the zvx actually looks more beefy out the 2 but I also went with the 2 15 vxf jus because they actually sound better musical and can control and get lower then the zvx.the zvx is louder but doesn't sound better
You actually could even use a 15K, by just not using the full potential of the amp to ensure it never has to work hard. It's ALWAYS better to use much more amp power due to reasons such as: ~70% amp efficiency, wire resistance, box rise, sub's underrated RMS, the need for clean power, lacking electrical, and a dozen other reasons. >> The average bassheads have too small of an amp because they don't factor in all of the variables. For example, just bcuz a sub is rated 1500 RMS doesn't mean one should get a 1500 RMS amp. When buying an amp, I personally aim for 200% of rated of my subs total RMS 1-ohm power.. so in this case, to power a 1500RMS sub, I would use a reputable 3,000 RMS amp, and of course along with the proper electrical to back it up! Hope this helps someone!

slap what vehicle and firing direction? there are a ton of factors that need to align for high SPL seen here. The VXF line can get absolutely nasty loud
