Even before she became a Witch, being able to control people’s minds and bodies alone are overpowered enough, even without her reality-bending spells.
I imagine a fight between them would be identical to her fight with Agatha. That no matter how more knowledgeable her opponent is, her Magic is still too strong and hazardous, practically an Eldritch Abomination

Wanda’s basic phychic powers alone are extremely overpowered even without spells. That’s just how Chaos Magic is by default. InfinityWar-Endgame Wanda could definitely brute force through Strange’s Magic
