Not if you use it right. BCH is what you buy when you plan on purchasing something immediately. Fees are lower, transactions are quicker, and it never matters what the price fluctuations are if you use it as fiat currency. Even as an investment, it's not really a "scam." It's been gaining at a similar rate as other "more used" coins recently. If I want to purchase something, and it costs $140, and I have $10 in BTC and 4 cents in BCH. Which coin will I choose for this one time purchase? Between the two...BCH. Less traffic means faster transfer speeds and lower network fees, especially compared to crypto approaching $40k. And that, my friend, is where BCH's value lies. If you're looking for a scam, join a centralized trading platform where you can not take your wallet and keep it on your device, and the billionaires pretend to have made a bad bet (binance anyone?) when they really just pulled an exit scam.

Has anyone tried using a different wallet other than BTC? I also have Edge which is fairly easy to use & it doesn't say anywhere that we must use their BTC wallet.
