It's a continuation of the fake Russia collusion story that Hillary paid for and cost the tax payers billions for their salaries and investigations into trump for the four years he was president. And now for all of Biden's nightmare of a presidency.
When did the investigative committee cover up anything .....their investigations uncovered a lot of details .....and dispelled a lot of trumps lies .....according to his own security chief .....he never asked for the national guard ......which is what his security chief said under oath.

I was in DC on Jan 5-Jan7. I wasn’t anywhere near the capital on Jan 6th but I did take a walk around the capital on Jan 7th where I witnessed the National guard in place and fencing going up. This tells me that the National Guard was there but, not deployed on Jan 6th until after the feds had their photo opp.
