Hmm tis video brings memories but strange that I only saw this video a few months ago by so called coincidence. Strange. Nevertheless my main point is a very good video for this cartoon show which I watched long time ago.
in my opinion the 13 court guard squads were the bad; who over a long time of peace had forgotten their wrong doings. so when yhwach turned up they acted as if they were the righteous ones. i wish yhwach won.
Wut? Righteous? Who? Gotei 13 never acted righteous afaik. They have always been about keeping the balance even if it meant they turn into the bad guys. I mean, that's the whole point of Gotei 13. Yhwach isnt what I'd call a complete asshole but he ain't the good guy here either. The shinigamis killed the quincies because the quincies were killing the hollows instead of purifying them, which in turn would destroy the balance eventually leading to destroying pretty much everything. The quincies did it because hollows are pretty much lethal poison to them. Besides,its not as if the shinigamis killed off all the quincies. They did not kill the ones who did not partake in the hollow extermination. There is no good vs bad here. Its just a clash of ideals. That's it. That's the whole point of the series. And its not just bleach. Its a recurring theme in a lot of shounens, especially the big 3.
