As always KDE comes off as if a good piece of UX was described in passing to an engineer who then had to piece together what was said to him months later and build it.
Lol. It does feel a bit hacky. But also some neat features.
The search menu should use krunner so it can do unit conversions and other stuff too. I guess its not fully working there, perhaps missing libraries. Either way a lot of bugs and improvements are going to be resolved soon when Plasma mobile gets updated following the Plasma 6 desktop release.

¡Hola! Lo siento, pero parece que no hay soporte oficial para el Redmi Note 8T en Ubuntu Touch. Aunque hubo algunas imágenes GSI en el pasado, ya no funcionan, según lo que has leído. La última mención al respecto se puede encontrar aquí: forums.ubports.com/topic/9476/can-someone-give-me-port-of-ubuntu-touch-for-redmi-note-8t/4.
Lamentablemente, no hay sistemas operativos móviles Linux disponibles para el Note 8T. La única ROM personalizada que parece ser compatible es LineageOS.

Yeah, parts of the system are buggy. Some display bits have formatting issues. Also, some apps mention that they don't fully "converge" on mobile. Still, it looks like it has come a long way.
GrapheneOS or Ubuntu touch os which is most secure?
Depends on how you look at security. GrapheneOS is the more secure "Android" operating system, and with a locked bootloader, it ensures some physical security. Ubuntu Touch is an entirely different operating system, which is secure against most Android vulnerabilities and does not connect to any Google services either. GrapheneOS's focus is security, while Ubuntu Touch's focus is more freedom/choice.
Have you figured out how to make the call audio work? I can play music fine, but no call audio
Only call in the earpiece, but not through the loud speaker. Some issue with phone demanding audio go through the earpiece speaker only.
So you are saying if I plugin a headset, I would be able to hear the audio in the call? I got radio silence on the built in speaker and with the speaker turned off
@@drakegao1Sorry my mistake. I got gnome mobile mixed up with plasma. Indeed plasma mobile currently has no sound during calls, although the day I made the video I thought it had worked. Currently I can't get sound either even on the lastest updates. I tried with bluetooth headphones and everything. Sorry about the confusion.
Nope. I read someone posted that he can switch to the call profile manually but I can't. Also, I have to install pipewire-pulse in order to make the speaker work except the audio in the call. That one so far I can't solve. Pmos also released kde6 plasma mobile on the edge channel, but login screen doesn't show. I have to enable sddm in order to see the login screen from the next boot but it can't it can't get into the desktop interface. So a lot of things are broken ha
@@drakegao1Thanks for sharing the updates. I didn't know that there were some workarounds for audio. Have you tried on edge vs non-edge channels? Sounds like a lot of work to get edge working.
