How to fix a blank green display on your Samsung Note 9

Hello, may I ask the spec of the heat seal film (flex) you use for Note9? (0.6mm? pins?)
I couldn't find any repair shop in Hong Kong willing to fix it.
Guessing I have to do it myself...
